Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in the wrong size/color. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Procedure:

Contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and details of the replacement request.

We will provide return instructions (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement.

Note: Due to the nature of dropshipping, exchanges for different products or styles (change of mind) are not accepted.
